The Cosmic Surfer plays all-original songs that mix rock, soul, blues, Brazilian grooves, new wave, ska, punk, surf and skate all into one. It's tough trying to fit all this into one band, but that's the vibe and musical diversity that represents The Cosmic Surfer universe.

The members are long-time friends, but it's the first time they're playing together in the same band. Growing up in NYC, Gabriel Gontijo is a native English speaker. Lamar is a graduate of São Paulo music academies, while Beto and Richard have a diverse musical background and represent the Santa Catarina lifestyle.
